Home Remodel

1. Planning & Blueprint Review

We meet with your builder to review the floor plan and the electrical layout.  Discuss any changes and coordinate schedules for a start date.

2. Rough‑In Installation

Once additional or reconstructed framing is complete, we install all wiring, boxes, circuits, and panel infrastructure. This stage sets the foundation for your home’s entire electrical system and ensures everything is positioned correctly before insulation and drywall.

3. Inspection & Quality Check

Before new walls are closed, we coordinate required inspections and perform our own detailed quality check. This ensures your electrical system meets code, matches the plan, and is ready for safe long‑term performance.

4. Trim‑Out & Fixture Installation

After drywall and paint, we return to install switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, fans, smart‑home devices, and any specialty equipment. This is where your upgraded home starts to take shape and the design comes to life.

5. Final Walkthrough & System Testing

We test every circuit, device, and safety feature, then walk you through your new electrical system. You’ll know how everything works, where key components are located, and how to get the most from your home’s electrical design.
